Processing Time

• Standard Orders: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days
• Custom Orders: Processing time varies; you will be notified of expected timelines
• Bulk Orders: Please allow 5-7 business days for processing

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Temperature-Controlled Shipping

Certain peptides and biological materials require temperature-controlled shipping:

• Products shipped at 2-8°C (refrigerated)
• Products shipped at -20°C (frozen)
• Products shipped at -80°C (deep frozen)

Temperature-controlled shipping incurs additional charges and may have specific delivery requirements.

Delivery Requirements

Signature Required

Delivery Attempts

If delivery is unsuccessful:

• Carrier will attempt delivery for 3 consecutive business days
• Package will be held at local facility
• Contact carrier to arrange pickup or redelivery
• Unclaimed packages will be returned (return shipping fees apply)

International Shipping Requirements

We are not responsible for delays due to customs procedures.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

1. Note damage on delivery receipt
2. Take photos of damaged packaging and products
3. Contact us within 48 hours at shipping@biodesignresearch.com
4. Do not discard packaging materials

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit:

• Contact us after the estimated delivery date has passed
• We will initiate a carrier investigation
• Replacement or refund will be provided after investigation concludes

Shipping During Extreme Weather

During extreme weather conditions:

• Shipments may be delayed for product safety
• Temperature-controlled items will not ship if conditions compromise stability
• We will notify you of any weather-related delays

Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned as undeliverable due to incorrect addresses or refused delivery:

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Return shipping fees will be deducted from refund
• Reshipment requires new shipping payment
